Software Development Lifecycle
We use IEEE 12207 standard on software development lifecycle whereas Agile Methods
is our favorite. We strictly use Test-Driven techniques to deliver reliable software-dependent
systems. At each stage of software development we monitor metrics to keep the project

Program/Project Management
SYM has a culture of contracting/sub-contracting. We start with System Demonstration
& Development processes, but we also offer consultancy on Acquisition processes
(concept development, system specification, and technology evaluation and decision
